This policy covers harborquay.com, our marketing website. If you've created a HarborQuay account, the privacy policy inside the app at app.harborquay.com/privacy governs how we handle your account and care information — it's more detailed, since it covers real caregiving data.
This website itself collects only basic, aggregate visit analytics (pages viewed, general traffic patterns) — no personal profiles, no cross-site tracking. If you email us or use our contact form, we receive whatever you send us. We do not collect any medical or caregiving data on this website; that only happens once you create an account in the app, under the app's own privacy policy.
This site uses Vercel Analytics for aggregate traffic stats, and Kit (formerly ConvertKit) if you sign up for any email updates we offer. Each is bound by their own privacy policies.
If you opt into email updates from us, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
